About Us

The Pajama Factory – for all women by a woman!

(Now products available for children, as well.)

For many of us pajamas are everyday essentials, specially at the end of a hard day at work. The Pajama Factory was founded with the sole vision to help people unwind, and reconnect with themselves, in the pure state of comfort through cosy yet chic legwear.

Operating from Chennai since 2013, what began as an experiment to start new trends and redefine ethnic legwear, The Pajama Factory has now come a long way by expanding in other garments for women and children.

We at The Pajama Factory aspire to provide you with attractive legwears, which feel like pajamas each day of every year. And other clothing items that are synonymous with style and comfort.

Over the last couple of years, The Pajama Factory has pushed the envelope in terms of products and design.

In a span of over five years we established two factories one in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and one in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, employing over 60 people. More than 50% of these employees are women, which is a conscious decision. And the company aims to continue to empower women in future, by providing a safe and creative place of work. We further ventured into other garments for women and kids by launching JUNIORS in 2016 and KANAYA in 2017. Through JUNIORS we offer products ranging from palazzo, leggings, harem, dhotis and kurtis for children aged between 2 to 16 years old. And with KANAYA we offer kurtis, churidar and dhoti sets for women.

Moving ahead, we aim to fan-out across the country to have a pan India presence by opening brand stores. We desire to continue to redefine fashion that is low in price but high in quality. We aspire to provide clothing that are long lasting, feather finished, colour guaranteed, bio-washable, and comfortable, all in reasonable pricing.

With over fifty prints to choose from and a variety of seventy plus colours, we seek to pamper you with affordable fashion. With The Pajama Factory, every woman’s quest for comfort, without compromising on style, comes to an end.
